Geotechnical consultancy services provided for the project, which was developed on a total site area of 322,000 m² with approximately 127,000 m² of construction area and includes 996 wholesale units, banking and restaurant facilities, 122 commercial units, parking for 1,125 vehicles, a mosque and social facilities:
- Geotechnical consultancy services during supplementary ground investigations.
- Evaluation of the performance of retaining structures and slopes under service loads based on instrumentation and monitoring data throughout construction, together with on-site geotechnical consultancy services.
- Geotechnical consultancy services along the mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) wall alignment.
- Geotechnical consultancy services for prefabricated vertical drains (PVDs), geosynthetic-reinforced flexible pavements and the use of geosynthetics in erosion control applications.
