Designed Solution
- Design of an anchored bored pile retaining system along an approximately 70 m long boundary between the neighboring property and the proposed residential building to enable foundation and basement construction.
- Evaluation of the retaining system performance under service loads based on instrumentation and monitoring data throughout construction, together with on-site geotechnical consultancy services.
